These systems are designed to provide optimal air circulation in both living areas and specialized spaces such as engine rooms, galleys, and sanitary areas.
All our systems are designed in compliance with IMO, SOLAS, and classification society rules used in shipbuilding, and are structured to integrate seamlessly with the vessel’s overall fire zoning plan. In addition, performance is enhanced through insulation systems compliant with A-30 / A-60 fire resistance standards.

Insulated Duct Manufacturing & Installation
Rubber-insulated air ducts are specifically designed to improve energy efficiency and minimize heat loss in HVAC systems. Coated with elastomeric rubber material on the outer surface, these ducts provide both thermal insulation and condensation control.
They offer long-lasting performance thanks to their durable structure, making them suitable for demanding environments such as shipbuilding projects, industrial facilities, and commercial buildings. Applicable for both indoor and outdoor use, they also provide a safe solution with their fire-resistant properties.
