The polyacrylate adhesive is highly resistant to aging and offers strong adhesion with high shear strength. It complies with DIN 4102 Part 1 Class A2 and B1 standards, making it non-flammable. The pure aluminum adhesive tape does not dry out or become brittle over time.

Gerband 705 provides increasing bond strength over time, and its adhesive performance is not reduced by aging. The optimal combination of aluminum backing and polyacrylate adhesive ensures strong adhesion even under unfavorable conditions, meeting the highest requirements for secure insulation bonding.

High-strength polyacrylate adhesives are resistant to wear and aging. The aluminized adhesive tape is non-flammable and, thanks to its composition, does not dry out or become brittle. Gerband 705, which is resistant to heat, moisture, and cold, has been optimized to provide high adhesion and maximum sealing performance with its ideal aluminum backing.Gerband 705 is resistant to heat, cold, and moisture. It is used for bonding aluminum-laminated mineral wool, sealing insulation materials against heat and cold, ensuring tightness of containers and pipes during welding under protective gas, and sealing pipes and ventilation ducts.
